And we don’t stop there; we also work on getting a back-up contract! That’s why it’s critical to list a home property properly in the first go-around as you only get ONE first impression– targeting the best buyers, have them fall in love with it, and pay more. We often spend hours on research to give you the best insight on pricing, including neighborhood analysis assessing $/SF, upgrade values, lot values, Price-to-Assessment ratios, along with the supply/demand in the market. Then assess your risk tolerance, if you want to shoot for the stars on the high end, or make sure it moves with more aggressive pricing. We are the consultants, and our Clients are the decision makers. 
  • Marketing: We supply strategic marketing plans to capture the attention of the highest number of buyers. And when that first contract comes in, our job has merely begun, as we strive to obtain 2 or more contracts (and that backup contract for Plan B), understanding sellers receive better prices and terms when buyers are competing.
